Service Description

As an occupational therapist and care expert, she applies her skills and knowledge to understand each individual's situation, including their environment, losses, and potential for future rehabilitation. Based on this understanding, she makes recommendations. She assembles appropriate multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to help the client return to their state before the significant event, enabling them to live their lives as before their illness or injury. As an occupational therapist and care expert, she uses her skills and knowledge to understand a person's situation, encompassing their world, losses, and potential for future rehabilitation. Based on this understanding, she provides recommendations, appoints as identified appropriate multidisciplinary teams of treating professionals to assist with putting the client back into the position, as far as practicably possible, that would have probably been but for the index event, thereby living their lives as they did before illness or injury.
